    NetPath - "Unknown" polling period not logged?



      We're trying to troubleshoot what could be a possible connectivity issue to Office 365 and so I set up NetPath as an additional tool to assist pretty much as soon as it was available. It's doing great so far but we see these dips periodically where NetPath doesn't log anything. Since I'm not exactly sure myself about what's happening--what do I tell people when I'm asked "Well what DOES that mean then?"
