smitchiner Dec 7, 2015 10:11 AM (in response to srjones)srjones- I thought that as well, but itappears to be set correctly. All Reqest Types are set to All Companies\All Locations.
I'm also unsure why the Client page is showing "IT Department" as that location no longer exists.

janrabbit Dec 11, 2015 10:19 AM (in response to smitchiner)I get a very similar issue with the company list. When I use LDAP sync, the list within company options shows the company as being pulled through. When I try to log a ticket against the company, it does not show up anywhere within the drop downs, I can however search for a client within that company and it shows the company name within the clients company field but does not pull it through to the ticket, which is very odd. I have found that adding the domain into the "email domain" field resolves this but I would like to know how I can automate this. Seems kinda pointless doing an LDAP sync if you have to still manually enter data to get the company to work.

smitchiner Jan 8, 2016 4:20 PM (in response to chris.tian)The company is set correct for the client. I only see 2 out of 10 or locations available. As the client, if I set a primary location, that locatin then becomes available while entering a request.
Also, if I search the client as a technician, asd assign all locations as 'other locations', the client can then select any location as required. This doesnt work as a fix as there is no way that i can find to buld edit all clients to include all locations.

Your situation sounds very much like what we have been fighting with since we upgraded to 12.3, back in may 2015. Only about half of our locations are available to be selected by clients in the client interface.
In our case, solarwinds support have identified it as a bug introduced in 12.3, but a refusing to provide a time line for the fix.
