I am looking to migrate our current/homegrown checkout system into WHD, and all seems relatively feasible. The only thing I see missing in the software's feature set is the ability to produce a checkout agreement form to be signed by the client for the checkout. Our current system automatically produces a form that has some fixed data (the overall agreement terms of the checkout) and the specific data of the checkout (date range, client name, equipment ID tags, etc)- this populates for printing and signing after the checkout item has been assigned. Has anyone created/implemented this kind of functionality? Any insight or direction would be greatly appreciated!
