    Orion Alerts to Web Helpdesk


      Our Web Helpdesk is setup to receive alerts from Orion, and open a ticket for any that are critical.


      When we get the ticket on our iphones the details shown are to little to be helpful (see screenshot below) do I have something setup wrong?

      Is it possible to have some of this info put into the notes field so it can be viewed from a mobile device?
