    Solarwinds WHD (web help desk)




                Is this web help desk tool can be use as a one single ticketing tool, as of now we have a tool we're using for ticketing but this WHD will be implemented soon and I would like to ask if this can be use as a universal ticketing tools. By using this, we can now not use other ticketing tool since it's already redundant.
