for this type of thing, consider getting IPSLA, which would allow you to source a check from each "edge" device to another. continue until all paths are tested. A simple ICMP test would work. You can then put that IPSLA object on the map for the "LINK" however that looks for you.
IPSLA is on the cards, but is not installed right now.
It will not, however, achieve the results I am looking for.
Is there really no one that can offer ANYTHING about this kind of setup?

Well, I think we need to simplify what you are asking to do because the question you posed is very broad and hard take all in one bite.
The first thing is, status of each link, how would you manually check it? Check if the interface is up or down? Do you have specific interface IPs that you can ping to see if a circuit is up?
Now once that is setup, you would create two groups per location - one is the location, I would setup a dynamic group the is IP starts with 10.x.x., the second if location_paths and contains the items used to check above and set to roll up best case.
That setup the dependency as an "or" for each link and if all "paths" are down, then it will mark them as unreachable.
