    Emailing Alerts outside of Availability


      We have recently set up an alert on IPMonitor and set the availability to 7AM - 8PM, Monday-Friday. The problem I am having however is that the alert seems to be ignoring these availability times, and continues to email outside of the available time slots. I just recently changed the availability on the alert not to alert from 10AM-1PM and used a device that is down to test it, and sure enough it still emailed out the alert. Why is this? This is the only alert setup under "alert list" on the configuration tab.
