sd - just to be clear, you are backing up the switch, but the log is stating the GET failed? If that is the case, you might check to see if you have the commands in the right order, as it should be indicating a PUT...
Thanks for the quick reply. I am only using GUIs so no commands are being used. The web interface on the switch only allows the TFTP server's IP address and what I want to name the file to download.
The TFTP server is configured for send and receive and has no restrictions on from where.
I installed the free tftp server application on our Orion server and ran into an issue right at the start.
After the install the tftp server appeared to be working but I could not tftp any files to it. That problem was resolved when I went into the tftp server GUI configuration under Server Bindings and specifically set the servers IP as the binding instead of using the default setting of “Bind to all addresses on machine”.
