Orion Polling Engine goes up and down

Orion Polling Engine 10 SLX goes up and down, and i´m loosig data, it´s a new installation on a powerful server, any idea?

Are there any errors in the Windows Event log? What processes are consuming your box?
Video did not help out much.

  Before you call supprt you might be able to save yourself some pain and time by running a repair on the install.
