We use the custom property 'Comments' in Node Details to log tickets or some other information. It shows up in Node details and has a nice box to enter in the text, etc. and the user doesn't have to be an admin.
Likewise, in the SAM summary, this same resource shows the “Edit Custom Property Values” button which then opens up the SAM application page and lets you enter in a comment ONLY if you have SAM Admin rights. If you are a lowly user you get a ‘you don’t have right’s’ message.
Would like the ability to be able to have the same behavior on the SAM page similar to the Node Details page so help desk or non-admin users can enter in comments in the Comments custom property box.
