We use the Error Counters Information Report to find interfaces that are incurring errors to proactively fix them. We monitor over 1,000 interfaces, and 99% of them have zero errors each day. We have to visually scan through hundreds of lines of zeros to find ones that do have errors.
It would be far better if CatTools had an option to filter out all interfaces that have no errors so that the report only displayed interfaces that do have errors. This would allow us to quickly focus in on interfaces having problems.
