Currently, the reporting functionality is very limited. You are unable to create reports that are standard in a helpdesk industry, such as % of first response resolutions. Having an easy to use interface like we currently have is great for some folks, and a good start for a new implementation, but we need the ability to create more powerful reporting. I'd like the ability to write a report using SQL (like we can for SolarWinds Orion alert trigger conditions) but use the built in scheduling functionality of WHD to distribute the report. For the time being, I need to create my reports in SSMS and schedule delivery through SSMS...not the desired approach.
