Support for HTTPS via HSTS

Per government requirements posted at: https://https.cio.gov any HTTPS solution implemented by government agencies needs to support HSTS. Dameware does not currently support HSTS. This request is to implement support for HTTPS via HSTS so that we can continue our use of DameWare.

As a federal customer we are mandated by DHS and OMB to meet web security requirements specific to HTTPS and HSTS. These are mandated by OMB M15-13 and BOD 18-01 policies. Currently we are faced with having to shutdown our Dameware Remote Support server because of non-compliance. This is a mandate being pushed to all federal agencies so the impact to business it seems would be significant. Please consider including this in the near term for new features.
