I find with Kiwi that I cannot add SNMPv3 credentials with a duplicate username as might be the case when auth/priv options vary between platforms.
Yes, ideally each such combination should use a different username and with the benefit of hindsight, that is what we should have done. However, the NPM based Trap receiver does not have the same limitation, permitting whatever credential were associated with the given node and changing these now would be a challenge.
Perhaps there exists a workaround someone could share.
