Hello,
In our organization we would our IT department creates a ton of Change Control tickets with approval process. If they inadvertently select the incorrect request type, the approval process becomes invalid but remains on the ticket.
They don't have the option to remove the old approval process, even though the request type has been corrected. It would be great if there were a tech permission to allow a tech to remove an approval process with an explanation.
