Desktop Notification for WHD tickets

For many people, their e-mail inboxes are bombarded with e-mails from a variety of sources. Rather then clutter up the Inbox with e-mails, it would be better if a notification popped up on the desktop of the assigned tech and any techs in the Tech Group level. In my company we generally don't pre-assign techs (except for specific tasks). so the first available to tech to see the ticket will grab it. So having such a desktop notification would help us respond quickly to new tickets.
