A little more Hyper-V and Centos support

Good Morning,

I recently migrated my VMAN v6 to v7.2 and ran into some quirks that slowed me down, but I was able to muddle through. The virtual appliance relies on Centos 6 and the documentation focuses on VMWare virtualization environments. The combination made me do a couple of searches for information on importing the VM into a Hyper-V environment. Also, setting a static IP address and time zone within the Centos operating system was not straight forward.

I used the appliance web console to set the time zone correctly, but the command line interface (CLI) needed a "su sudo" command to elevate the session and set the address/gateway/mask parameters. That elevation step was buried in the documentation.

I still completed the migration in a relatively short interval of time, but just a little more information in the documentation would really smooth the process.
