Custom Property, Constant Scroll to Bottom after Value Selection during Node Creation

OK... I and my team are frustrated with this and it is time to get a feature request started...

First, we currently have 6 screens full of Custom Properties when viewed on the Node Edit Properties screens. There are about 15 or 20 currently that are set to Required.

When initially adding a Node to NPM, you must place values at least in all of the Required Custom Property fields. Most of those are drop-down list type Custom Properties. When you select a value from the dropdown list, the value is populated into the field and then you are taken to the bottom of the webpage and you have to scroll back up to provide the value for the next Custom Property. This only happens when selecting Text dropdown list choices. It does not happen for "Date/Time", "Yes/No", "Integer Number" or "Floating Point Number" formatted Custom Properties and also does not happen for "Text" formats when not using a drop-down list.

In addition, it does not happen, even with Text dropdown lists, when you "Edit Properties" for an existing Node.

Please, Please keep us from going any crazier and fix this!!!

I just created a support case on this and now that's submitted as an internal dev case but I already upvoted this in the past...

However I'd like to add on that this really is not a 'feature request' and should more appropriately be addressed as a bug and fixed ASAP within the product. Really affects productivity when customers have custom properties to set manually via the edit properties for a node view.

Perhaps serena could add this to the hundreds of items on one of her many to-do lists, and check into it for us? Or, at least let us know if it is being worked on...?
