WPM Recorder (Additional Recording) Enhancement Feature Request

How would you imagine that browser in WPM recorder gets to that starting point? Would you limit starting point only to "navigate" actions and assume that when WPM does the navigation it leads to proper starting point?

I would like to be able to playback script from the position (transaction step) I choose in lieu of starting at the beginning of the recording.  Use case.  When recording scripts many scripts have a security check associated with ip and user. So many times I only have so many attempts to record a script before the risk of locking up the user id.  Recording a script with user and password is usually the first 3 steps in a script, the devil is in the details as to adding time wait, image check etc.  So if the scripts replays from the top each time, I have to time replaying which takes waste time.  If I could run a transaction step at where I deem it to begin the playback, I would be beneficial to me.

Correct, that's intentional. If WPM does not do that then you could add actions that are unrelated to previous steps and playback would end in state when it does not have actions to get from A to B. What would you expect to happen? Can you provide some specific use case so that we can get better idea what you are trying to accomplish?

If you right click and "click" continue recording it will playback to that step from the beginning of the transaction. 

If you right-click on a step or even an action there is "Continue Recording from here" option. Are you talking about something like this but different?
