GUI overhaul of the end-user side interface

Hi,

We're using webhelpdesk for a while now. An excellent piece of software. What's a bit disappointing is the way the user interface (not the tech interface) looks like.

This, as for 2017, does look more than dated en doesn't do the software & the ICT department justice.

I do believe an GUI overhaul for this section of the application is urgently necessary.

Sure. We did this customisation.
But it's not quite up to date. It feels dated. The visual layer we can change, but not really the mechanics, feel of the app, ...

You can already do quite a bit if you use the look and feel option you can totally customize the CSS on the end user side. This lets you change the colors and layout. The option is under Setup --> General --> Look & Feel then choose the bubble labeled custom.
