There should be an option for minimum Disapprovers or Reject CAB members. (One CAB member rejection should reject the ticket)

In CAB approvals criteria, if one member of CAB approves the ticket then the tickets get approved.

We also have settings in Change Advisory Boards tab to fix the minimum number of CAB approvers after which the ticket will be approved.

Unfortunately, there is no such option while rejecting a ticket in CAB.

For rejection of such ticket, all the CAB members have to reject a ticket and then only it gets rejected.

There should be an option for minimum Disapprovers or Reject CAB members, so that it wont cause any unnecessary delays and also isolation of such tickets.

I agree. Minimum disapprovers should be a feature. We have to poke all CAB members to deny a single ticket.

Over the years WHD has always been a foster child of SolarWinds.
The product has potential to be one of the best ITSM solution.
But, there have been very few updates, not one good new feature and no updates on customer raised feature requests.
I don't think its a big task to make this option available as they are already using it for approvers.
axemanit in our organisation WHD has already been replaced by inhouse ticketing solution with better features.
So from July 19' we are scraping WHD once in for all.

Over 2 years and this still hasn't been addressed. The simplest solution would be to add a "minimum disapprovers" dropdown. Alternatively, a feature to assign backup approvers if the original doesn't respond within X numbers of days would be useful.
