Sorting Notes Section Option

Hello to all,

At our company, we use the Web Help Desk tool for internal and external change management and requests. Users have a variety of needs as well as a different purposes for using the tool. We currently have a partner that needs to be able to sort their Client Notes by Date. I understand that there is a setting that can set the Client Notes to be sorted chronologically or reverse-chronological (Setup > Tickets > Options > Note and History Sorting > Choose Reverse Chronological > SAVE). This doesn't fit our needs when we have needs for both. It would be great to pass on this choice to the user as is done with the ticket "Dates" column.
