Restrict IT engineers to change configuration in Dameware Mini Remote Control

I want to restrict all IT engineers to open "Configure" option in dameware mini remote control. inside "Configure", View\Default Host Properties\Install Options\Configure should be password protected so that IT engineers could not make changes made by Manager Help Desk.
