The Admin, Operator and Power User IPAM roles should be customizable. For example, I want to create an Operator role but also add the ability to import IP Address spreadsheets. However that option is only available if you are a Power User. I don't want the Operators running IP Scans so I can't give assign them a Power User role. These built in roles should be customizable.
