Once a user logs into to Web Help Desk (WHD) they are presented with a basic page with a drop down to get started and a space with "Request Detail" What is this here for? When the user didn't even select a "Request Type" yet. We can hide "Request Detail" from the "Request Type" level but not for the initial start screen. I would like to make the "Request Detail" field optional before selecting a Request Type from the drop down.
