For those who use TSV search extract for bespoke reporting, a "Completed" date would be useful to enable SLA reporting. For example, when I create an SLA adherence report, I can only base it on the close date at the moment, so for an incident with a 5 day SLA that was completed at 4.5 days, if we allow 1 day for the user to respond to confirm resolution that could make it 5.5 days to closure, so I will report it as a breach because I cant see (via TSV anyway), when it was set to completed.
