I like to foolproof processes and tools, whenever possible. In this light, I think that the wizard for creating dynamic group dependencies could be improved. The current setup works just fine for simple group dependencies, but not so for nested ones. This is fine for small companies, but for large ones (like mine), it does leave room for mistakes. So, I would like for the developers to modify the wizard to it can also handle nested dynamic group dependencies.
While they're at it, the wizard could also have a simulate alert. For example, it could allow to pretend that the parent nodes are down. Then, it would give us a result, telling us which alerts will be generated and which ones would be suppressed.
