Startup Wizard

Create a simple start-up wizard that asks the basic questions. namely the device that the user has

1. Device name
2. Device Model
   1. Opens a webpage for configuring that device
   2. (Display IP address)(note about fixing IP address)
3. Opens the syslog settings specific for that device or brand
4. Other device specific settings
5. Suggest How to video

Most compatible devices have a help page or a FAQs in the kiwi page. Just link to the pages
