We would like to for SolarWinds to allow for a System Reports Conversion feature. Basically, this would allow the SolarWinds admin to flag any reports as "System Reports". Those reports cannot be deleted or modified by anyone (not even those with Report Management rights) except for the SolarWinds administrator(s). By the way, it would also be great if the SolarWinds admin(s) could revert a System Report back to regular status. That could allow for a designated person to make changes (or update) the applicable report before it is converted again into a System Report.
I believe this would help prevent for accidental changes or deletions of the reports, while also allowing for truly needed updates for System Reports. This could be a very handy feature, especially since some reports are very complex and hard to re-create. If you would like to see this feature implemented as well, I would very much appreciate your vote on this idea. Thanks!
