As an IT MSP, we have client admins for each of our IT clients. We are using their client admin logins as somewhat of a portal access to allow them to see all tickets that have been opened for their company/location. What would be nice would be to have the ability to create dashboards, or charts that clients can see to put the ticket information in chart format as can be done in tech dashboards. This would allow some good up front level reporting for client admins similar information as techs via dashboards like open vs closed cases, cases by severity etc.
