Wouldn't it be great to be able to track assets and parts by barcode? Looking for a little modification in the mobile app as well as a database table that can help us to scan and service on and off site assets faster and easier by assigning a barcode.
As well as the ability to barcode, adding an optional signature line to the mobile ticket application so when a tech is completed with their work the "customer" can sign off that the work has been completed to their satisfaction would be great!
