Didn't see where there this has been requested. I apologize if it has. It would be awesome if SW would create trigger/reset action groups for things like email / sms where that information is entered in ONE place within alert manger and the group/template is applied to the alerts when needed. That way one doesn't have to TOUCH each alert rule every time email or SMS information changes. Of course this wouldn't need to be limited to 'send email/page'. action That's just my selfish need. :-)
