Log changes within Alert Manager and Accounts Manager to the Audit log

Just a fairly simple idea but one that has merit especially if things suddenly go missing...

It would be nice to have audit-able events for changes to alerts within the advanced alert manager.

This would include:

Modifications/renames      (time, who modified/renamed, what was modified/renamed)

Deletions                         (time, who deleted, what was deleted)

Additions                         (time, who added/created, what was added/created)

enabling alert                    (time, who enabled, what was enabled)

disabling alert                    (time, who enabled, what was enabled)

<added audit events - Important stuff here for IT audit purposes>

User creation (time,what user created, what permissions given, created by whom>

user deletion (time,what user deleted, deleted by whom>

user permissions change (time,what changed, for which user, changed by whom>

For all of these a field where we can log a change number (incident or work request) with the audit entry.
