Voicemail Server Monitoring for Services and Mailbox size

Ability to Monitor Cisco Voicemal Services and mailbox limits. Currently the software does not have the abiltiy to monitor the critical Voicemail servers.

  • Personally i think this would be useful for us for Cisco Unity Connection VM servers (Publisher and Subscriber).  I don't know what sort of access/stats might be available, but a way to track how much space/how many minutes are left, Port Utilization (connections to call manager, for example our server allows up to 32 calls between the CUCM and Voicemail clusters) along with common server stats like CPU, Memory, etc.  It would be great to get alerts if backups haven't completed, and really amazing if a per-mailbox breakdown/trends and alarms were available.  Which mailboxes were full, percentages/rates of use, etc.  It would also be really handy to see Call Handler usage stats over time; number of calls handled by each handler, etc.  All of this is available via many other Cisco built-in separate reports, tools and webpages, but as is the case with all the stuff Solarwinds does: having it in one place alongside the other statistics would save a lot of time when investigating, correlating and proactively avoiding issues.

  • I would love if this feature would be built for Avaya's CallPilot as well

  • can you please add technical details? like list of your devices you would like to monitor and their types please?
