it stands right now, it is not possible to reboot a remote server effectively by use of Alert Trigger.
This is due to permission problems when attempting to execute an application through the Advanced Alert Manager service.
Advanced Alert Manager must have some level of role impersonation in order to successfully axecute a program. \admin maybe?

I hope that this idea will turn into an improvement of the run a program trigger and Advanced Alert Manager in general. If not, add a new type of trigger that is specifically designed to reboot a remote server.
