Feature Request - Calculate Availability Report based on UP/Down status

I am using SAM License for one of my customer and scheduled the monthly availability report. Recently we analyzed availability graph in report showing wrong information.

As per my understanding availability graph should be populate on based on UP/Down status not for others, like unamange/unknown.

As per the functionality of unmanage utility tool, it suppress the alerts and stop collecting the data for certain time window. In this case if i want availability for the particular application unmanaging impacting the availability graph and showing my application was not 100% Up. I am not sure why solarwinds calculate the unmanage/unknown status in availability report if my data collection was stopped for certain time period.

Support case(00422469) was opened and response we got that it's by design and can't help in this. Need to check with development team.
