We found that the VNQM missing the Availability Report for Links , and the Packet Loss Calculation is wrong and I have escalated this issue to your team as per the attached e-mail and they advised me to go with reseller or distributor to solve the issue but with no chance , on the end they advised me to open a feature request , please go through the attached for more clarification .
VNQM is missing many things ( Wrong Packet loss calculation & you cannot make a report for link availability ) .
The VNQM calculate the Packet Loss based on (Entries with Packet Loss*100)/Total Entries but this wrong ((and It should be total packet loss per day /1440 *100 )
