Please include 'Alert Notes' as a column that you can choose to display on the All Active Alert page. It would also be nice if an alert action could write to the 'Alert Notes' for each alert.
I would like to be able to include the URL for the instructions that the NOC is supposed to follow in that field. Additionally I would like the NOC to be able update the Notes field with the ticket number
and current status of the problem so others using the All Active Alerts resource can also know the current status of the alert.
