we have DB Instances in eastern, pacific, and UTC timezones. So when I look at a report (such as this), what timezone is this data and how does it relate to the database timezone. This page says that times are in the timezone of the DPA, but that in most of my cases is not the timezone of the DB Instance itself. So, now I have to figure out what the timezone difference is and do some date/time math to figure out day to day comparison.
