Currently you can only annotate at the server level but cannot get more refined than that. It would be useful to be able to add annotations at the SQL Hash or advisory level(screen shot below). Each day DPA lists advice on the top 5 items consuming resources and I may want to start troubleshooting those but I don't want to step on the feet of anyone else who may already be researching the issue. If we were able to annotate at the SQL hash level or advisory level then you could quickly add this annotation if you were going to begin research and for others they would easily be able to see that you have already started working on it or that the fix is already in place.
