I don't why your technical support transfer me here. Because my vision of that, that is the bug. According your documentation Patch Manager supported operating systems - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 is exist in it.
But one of the function of Patch manager, delivery Local Policies to clients. Unfortunately new Local policies that used by mentioned systems is not supported. Available policies only for Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 and previous Windows versions. Part of them is not supported by Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016, because they was changed on the new ones. Missed local policies that actual for present day:
Turn on Software Notifications |
Always automatically restart at the scheduled time |
Delay Restart for scheduled installations |
Do not connect to any Windows Update Internet locations |
Manage preview builds |
Select when Preview Builds and Feature Updates are received |
Select when Quality Updates are received |
Do not include drivers with Windows Updates |
Turn off auto-restart for updates during active hours |
Specify deadline before auto-restart for update installation |
Specify active hours range for auto-restarts |
Configure auto-restart required notification for updates |
Configure auto-restart reminder notifications for updates |
Turn off auto-restart notifications for update installations |
Configure auto-restart warning notifications schedule for updates |
Specify Engaged restart transition and notification schedule for updates |
Update Power Policy for Cart Restarts |
Allow updates to be downloaded automatically over metered connections |

Why this is important, because usually Local policy updates used to manage clients that not exist on domain.
