Enable the system to auto popluate the due date field from a custom ticket field.
We have setup the system as a mini Functions\Event management request system and part of this is where staff enter the date and time of the event.
Staff are asked in the ticket to identify the departments they require such as Maintenance people (setting up tables etc), IT (for audio visual needs) and Catering (which we also included a menu in the ticket).
The system works better than expected and now we would like to see if we can use the event date the user selects and auto populate the due date field in the "status and schedule" field.
This would then auto create an entry in the WHD calendar which we subscribe too and can manage these events inside our outlook calendar without having to manually adjust the due date.
