We are a retirement facility and would like to open our system to our residents so they can create their own work orders. To do this they need to be limited to their individual location. All's well, but when we lock the tickets to a location, that stops our employees ability to put work orders in for other locations. Our employees will still need to be able to update their location, but the only way we can find to do it is through client admins. We have over 300 clients in the system and that too large of a task. All residents are currently in their own department, so the ability to lock a department to a location will be a great help.
