Manage Poller showing "Not a match" scan results. Anyone face this issue?

- I am trying to add HP devices as node with Remote Poller BUT inside MangePoller -> Scan result is message is showing "Not a match" and hardware health info is also no populating. Anyone have any idea? please help

  • I have similar issues with the VLAN poller. For whatever reason, some of my devices show as not a match even though I have other identical devices which do. If I do a mib browse or use the Poller Test app on the server, I can see the info. However, they still show as not a match. Doing a rediscovery helped fix some devices but did not solve the issue for all of them.
