A few years back in 2017, i demoed DPM on a client and during the demo we came across multiple complaint from the client that their network was choking, and or the application was responding slow etc, after deploying the DPM and monitoring the Oracle and SQL databases we came to know that certain queries were in the executing state and they were taking very long to completely execute, after close inspection the database team acknowledged that the query they ran returns a ton of data and after stopping that query the system responding faster.

When I was working at the hospital in Vermont I installed DPM and immediately found issues with our databases. I'm not a database person, but DPM made it easy (with typical Green, Yellow, Red labeling)
