How to customize the Diagnostics file format in kiwi syslog

I might be missing the point here, but can't you look at the headers of the e-mail for sender IP? Or use a mail trace to identify the source?

It has nothing to do with the email sent from; rather, it has to do with the information in the diagnostic file. I am missing the server information that the diagnostic file was collected from.

Not to specific to logo banner, How the diagnostic file gathers data, from  where this information is gathered, and whether any script files are there.

Could you use a unique email address for each server then use your mail receiving app to put each file received into a folder based upon which address from which it came?
