Veridocs monitoring suggestions

There is no reason why you couldn't monitor this app, break the app down into components and map them out and then create suitable templates or one template to cover all of the components.

Does it run a database? If so monitor that.

Get the servers monitored.

Identify the critical parts of the app.

Add all this to a dashboard and stick it on a noc.

Create some alerts just for the app.

Create availability reports. 

Done!

Thanks, yeah that's what we are aiming for.  I was just wondering if anyone used that particular app because, per the vendor, there are certain parts of the application and server that only need to be monitored.  

Trying to keep it simple.
