NOC Reports For Management

Hello,

We currently provide management/customers with NOC reports every month, we currently provide them with up time percentages and top alerts per node.

We are trying to come up with more reporting that is management/customer friendly, we reviewed the other per-built reports but none of them seem useful for our use case, can you please provide me with reports that other members are using.

  • I laid it out above really, but let's say you get a P1 where something breaks and a queue fills up, and when the queue is full you have a bad day.

    You have a session with people involved and figure out what occurred, you place a monitor on the queue and/or whatever broke.

    You have an alert with an action on it that resets the queue at 80% full and/or fixes the original thing

    When the action has gone off and a p1 has not occurred you have a dodge, report these out
