On our helpdesk we use Dameware Mini Remote Control. I have one user that has an issue. When anyone on our helpdesk team remotes into her Win10 machine, it's successful, but a couple of seconds later her windows account locks her log in session. I've found the answer on my own. Just in case anyone else runs into this. We found that NetBIOS was running on our network and disabled it. This fixed this issue as well as fixing another problem remoting into Dell 5520 laptops with TB16 docks. Before we were only able to see a total black screen. Now it works as it should.
