SolarWinds Certificate Not Received

I have passed SolarWinds SAM exam on 25th February 2023, but have not received any certificate/result for that till now. Also sent an email to SolarWinds, but no reply.

My registered email ID with PSI account: akumar.aj@hotmail.com

Exam Confirmation Number: A118494427

Can someone please let me know the process of getting certificate.
